Brenda G McAllister

Brenda Gale Berry-McAllister was born on November 29, 1960 in Gainesville, Florida to the late Jack Berry and Eliza Brown. Brenda departed this life on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at the residence of her niece, Margaret in Gainesville, Florida.. Brenda spent most of her life in Gainesville, Florida in the Springhill Community. She attended Buchholz High School, where she graduated in 1981. She was employed at Tacachale, where she worked for over 30 years. Her dedication to her work, was a reflection of her commitment to making a difference in their lives. On January 4, 1991 Brenda married the love of her life, Winfred McAllister; and together they had one son, Winfred (BJ) McAllister, Jr. When not working, Brenda loved attending church and was a passionate lover of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She lived her life according to the teachings of the Bible, and her faith was the foundation of everything she did. Her life was a testimony to her unwavering faith in God, her deep love for her family, and her commitment to serving others. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a doting grandmother who loved spending time with her family and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. She was a humble and grateful woman who always showed respect for all of God's creation. Her generosity, kindness and selflessness were an inspiration to all. May her soul rest in peace, and may the life she lived be a blessing to all who knew and loved her. Loving memories will remain in the hearts of her family: a devoted husband, Winfred McAllister, Sr. of Gainesville, FL; one son, Winfred McAllister, Jr. (Cashflow BJ) of _; a daughter at heart, Stevondia McAllister of Savannah, GA; three grandchildren, Isaiah McAllister, Royal Coleman, and Syncere McAllister, all of Gainesville, FL; two siblings, Sammy Lee Brown (LaVern), Eddie Berry and James Berry, Sr., all of Gainesville, FL; two sisters-in-law, Allie Williams (James) of Gulf Port, MS and Alfred Cowan (Alfred) of Palm Coast, FL; a special niece, Margaret Johnson of Gainesville, FL; aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and friends.
